Refund policy

Return Policy: We offer exchange on wigs, the wig has to be sent back to us within 3 days and it can be exchanged with another wig only if it is returned within the stipulated time and the lace is uncut, the wig is unused and still in the same condition it was shipped.

Refund Policy: We only offer a refund if the wig is sent back within 3 days and it must be in the same good condition it was received and the lace must not have been cut and it has not been worn or used.
